Lessons begin with pranayama, meditation and / or mantra practice. The asana practice is a combination of strong vinyasa with moments of relaxation and introspection. Emphasis is placed on awareness of breath, thoughts and emotions throughout the practice so that you are always challenging yourself and expanding your limits whilst doing so with a deep sense of self-care and respect.
Mats, blankets, blocks and straps are provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance. Parking spaces are available just in front of the yoga shala
