HOW TO DESIGN YOUR OWN VINYASA PRACTICE: a workshop

Are you feeling uninspired with your home practice?
Are you tired of following the same old videos on youtube?
Or are you creating your own sequences but are not sure which asanas should be following which, in order to create a practice that is both enjoyable, works all the parts you wish to work, but also keeps you balanced energetically, mentally and physiologically?

This workshop is a great idea if you are looking to be more independent and creative in your practice and if you are looking for something somewhere between a retreat and a teacher training - not quite as demanding as TT yet much more personal investment than a retreat...


This workshop will:

Give you a foundation in how to sequence your own 15-minute, 30-minute, 1-hour and 90 minute vinyasa yoga sessions

Teach you the essentials of designing sequences:  what to do or not to do, what to look out for, pay attention to etc...

Signal which asanas were designed to follow which, with respect to keeping a balance on the physical, mental and spiritual levels

Offer guidance in how to challenge yourself further even when you are not learning with a teacher

Introduce you to some restorative poses that you can use to de-stress or to have a lighter self-caring practice on days when you are more tired or under the weather
