Private Therapeutic Coaching is a combination of self-study,
guided relaxation, and planned action towards the positive transformation of a
person's mind, body and spirit. The aim
is to bring the client to their optimal potential on these three levels of existence. Thus, these sessions work to address and
transform habits of thinking, feeling and action to best support a person's
mental, physical and emotional well-being.
In my work with Therapeutic Coaching I apply methodical
tools from my training as a Life Coach specialized in Self-Empowerment Coaching to help my clients pinpoint and implement necessary changes in the everyday
habits. These are the habits that
ultimately determine the quality of their life.
